America Unprepared.
Despite Current events pertaining to natural disasters, AIDS epidemic and unexpected terrorist attacks we seem to neglect another very large issue, zombies. We are oblivious to our clear lack of preparation for them. If it were a intelligent race we should find it logical to deem them our biggest problem facing this country. Not only is there a complete shortage of proper security around any which given area as clearly seen in the movie Dawn of the Dead they don't particularly like shopping malls, but wouldn't hesitate to enter one if it meant your life. After all with the over abundance of "zombie food", which happens to be our flesh conveniently enough, we wouldn't even stand a fighting chance unless we act now.
First and foremost, the issue of security. the basic question is weather or not we are equip to handle this when problem approaches. Although the overwhelmingly high amount of teenage shopping would provide a possible safe spot for quite some people, it wont save all. and there's always the dilemma of the handicapped. unfortunately that remains unsolved. With this lack of security and large consumer base it is easy to see that this will be perhaps one the first attacks the zombies will make.
Its apparent that people don't initially worry about the animal kingdom when it comes to Zombies, assuming there's any worry at all. but this should possibly be more frightening than the human form of these creatures. when you stop to think about it, a dog can do a great d.eal of damage all alone, let alone a blood crazed pet of the undead. i heavily doubt that a mussel will be the only thing needed for these sort of animals.Due to the many abilities of these mundane creatures, they have increased speed and agility compared to there human counterparts and with the addition of fangs these creatures can easily be classified as threatening force all their own.
All and all i think we can safely say that a zombie attack will happen, and it's not a matter of if, but of when. Evidence shows that we are going to be very unprepared for the attack and that it would devastate quite a bit of area. between the blood hungry zombies, the rabid pets and the little designated safe spots, it seems we should only maintain so much hope.

Muwhaha....
I, will finally get a chance to test out my "Resident Evil, Bust a cap in a Zombie" skills. Sadly enough, I don't get to save at a typewriter and come back if I die. I need a life...and some noodles and a cracker.
